These Buyer Guidelines help you understand how to purchase services safely, professionally, and in line with Klindata’s rules.
Every Buyer is expected to follow these Do’s and Don’ts to maintain fairness and trust across the platform.
1. Understanding Your Role as a Buyer
As a Buyer, you are a customer who purchases digital services from Sellers on Klindata.
You agree to communicate clearly, pay securely through Klindata’s escrow, and respect the Seller’s time and effort.
All orders, messages, and payments must remain within the Klindata platform.
2. The Buyer’s Do’s
Follow these best practices to get great results and maintain a good standing on Klindata:

3. The Buyer’s Don’ts
These are strictly prohibited on Klindata. Breaking them can lead to order cancellation, account suspension, or permanent ban.

4. How to Be a Smart Buyer on Klindata
- Check the Seller Level: Verified and Top-Rated Sellers have proven track records.
- Use Add-Ons Wisely: If you need faster delivery or extra features, use Seller add-ons rather than side agreements.
- Track Order Progress: Use your Klindata dashboard to monitor delivery stages.
- Keep Everything in Writing: Always communicate through Klindata messages for record and protection.
- Respect Professional Boundaries: Avoid personal contact exchanges or off-platform chats.
5. Dispute and Refund Etiquette
If you’re unsatisfied with the service:
- Discuss the issue directly with the Seller first — most problems are fixable.
- If unresolved, open a dispute in your Order Page → Resolution Center.
- Klindata will review messages, files, and delivery logs to make a fair decision.
Refunds are processed in Rupiah (Rp) and returned to your Klindata balance or original payment method.
6. Account Standing
Repeated violations of these Buyer Guidelines may lead to:
- Temporary suspension (cooling-off period)
- Permanent account ban
- Loss of Buyer privileges (e.g., purchase limits, refund rights)
Klindata maintains zero tolerance for fraud, disrespect, or abuse of the platform.
