Step 1: Create Your Buyer Account
Sign up for free using your email or Google account.
Once logged in, set up your Buyer profile — add your name, company (optional), and a short description of your needs.
Your Buyer account allows you to save favorite Sellers, manage orders, and track payments easily.
Step 2: Browse or Search for Services
Explore services by category, keyword, or price range.
Each service listing includes:
- Clear pricing tiers (Basic, Standard, Premium)
- Delivery time and included revisions
- Seller’s rating and total completed orders
- Verified “Seller” badge for trusted professionals
You can compare multiple Sellers before deciding.
Step 3: Choose Your Service Tier
Most services on Klindata come with three pricing options:
- Basic: For quick or simple tasks
- Standard: Balanced option for regular business needs
- Premium: Complete, full-service packages with priority support
Each tier includes detailed deliverables and turnaround time — no guesswork, no hidden extras.
Step 4: Add Extras or Custom Requests
If you need additional features like faster delivery, more revisions, or extra work, choose Add-ons from the Seller’s listing.
For unique projects, click “Request Custom Offer” and describe your requirements.
The Seller will respond with a personalized quote in Rupiah (Rp).
Step 5: Place Your Order Securely
When you’re ready, click “Order Now.”
Your payment is processed safely through Klindata’s escrow system — meaning:
- Funds are held securely until the Seller delivers.
- The Seller starts work once payment is confirmed.
- No direct payment outside the platform — keeping both parties protected.
Example:
Service Price: Rp1,000,000
Platform Fee: Rp50,000 (5%)
Total: Rp1,050,000 (displayed before checkout)
Step 6: Communicate Directly with the Seller
After placing your order, you can message the Seller anytime through your order dashboard.
Use this to share files, clarify expectations, and receive progress updates.
All communication stays protected within Klindata for your security.
Step 7: Review & Approve Delivery
Once the Seller submits the final work, you’ll receive a notification.
You can:
- Review the delivery
- Request a revision (if included in your plan)
- Approve the delivery and release payment from escrow
After approval, the Seller receives the funds and you can leave a verified review.
Step 8: Manage Refunds & Disputes (if needed)
If something doesn’t meet your expectations:
- Open a dispute directly from the order page.
- Klindata’s support team will review communication and deliverables to ensure a fair outcome.
- Refunds (full or partial) are credited to your Klindata balance or returned to your payment method.
Step 9: Leave a Review
After completion, share your experience by rating the Seller.
Your feedback helps other Buyers make better decisions and helps the Seller grow.
Reviews are verified only from completed transactions — no fake ratings.
Step 10: Repeat or Subscribe
If you’re happy with a Seller’s work, save them as a Favorite Seller or request a repeat order anytime.
For long-term work, you can also create a subscription or bundle with fixed monthly pricing in Rp.
