Every transaction fee, commission, and payment deduction is shown upfront before you place an order or withdraw your earnings. No surprises, ever.
1. For Buyers
Pay only for what you order.
When you purchase a service on Klindata:
- You pay the service price set by the Seller.
- A small platform service fee is added to support escrow protection, secure payment handling, and customer support.
- The total amount is displayed before you confirm — nothing extra afterward.
Your payment is safely held in Klindata’s escrow system and released to the Seller only after you approve the final delivery.
Example:
Service price: Rp1,000,000
Platform service fee: Rp50,000 (5%)
Total payment: Rp1,050,000
No further charges after payment confirmation.
2. For Sellers
Get paid securely — every time.
After a completed order, Sellers receive their earnings minus Klindata’s platform commission.
This commission covers escrow operations, support, system maintenance, and payment gateway costs.
- Platform commission: 10–15% per completed order (based on Seller level or membership).
- Withdrawals: Free to Klindata Wallet; external payment providers may apply small transfer fees.
- No registration or monthly maintenance fees.
Example:
Order value: Rp1,000,000
Earnings after commission: Rp850,000 – Rp900,000 (depending on Seller level)
Funds become available once the Buyer confirms delivery.
Your Seller Dashboard displays real-time balance and transaction history.
3. Add-ons & Custom Offers
Sellers can offer add-ons such as fast delivery, extra revisions, or premium options.
Buyers may also request custom offers tailored to project needs.
Both follow the same secure payment and escrow process — the total price is always shown before purchase.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Full refund available if an order is canceled before work begins.
- Partial refund may apply for mutual cancellations after work has started.
- Refunds are credited to the Buyer’s Klindata balance or returned via the original payment method, depending on the gateway.
- All disputes are handled fairly, ensuring neither party is at a disadvantage.
5. Currency & Exchange Rate
All transactions on Klindata use Indonesian Rupiah (Rp).
