By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using the platform.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Klindata.
1. Overview
Klindata is an online marketplace that connects Sellers who offer digital services and Buyers who purchase them.
Klindata provides the platform, tools, and payment system (including escrow), but does not act as an employer, agency, or legal representative of either party.
All transactions are carried out voluntarily between Buyers and Sellers, subject to these Terms.
2. User Eligibility
To use Klindata, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes as defined under Indonesian law.
Klindata reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these rules.
3. Account Registration
Users can register as Buyers, Sellers, or both.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities conducted under your account.
- Immediately notifying Klindata if you suspect unauthorized access.
Klindata is not liable for losses arising from account misuse due to user negligence.
4. Services and Transactions
- Sellers create listings (services) with clear descriptions, prices (in Rupiah / Rp), and delivery terms.
- Buyers select services and make payments through Klindata’s escrow system.
- Klindata holds funds securely until the Buyer confirms completion or a dispute is resolved.
- Once approved, funds are released to the Seller’s Klindata wallet.
Klindata is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by Sellers.
Buyers must review listings carefully before purchasing.
5. Fees and Payments
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp).
For Buyers:
- A small service fee (5%) applies per order.
- Total cost is shown before checkout.
For Sellers:
- Platform commission (10–15%) applies per completed order.
- Withdrawal fees may apply depending on payment method.
Klindata uses trusted third-party gateways to process all transactions securely.
6. Escrow & Refund Policy
All payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
Refunds may be issued under the Dispute & Resolution Policy in the following cases:
- Seller fails to deliver work as described.
- Both parties agree to cancel the order.
- Klindata’s Resolution Team decides in favor of the Buyer.
Refunds are made in Rupiah (Rp) to the Buyer’s Klindata balance or original payment method.
7. User Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
- Provide accurate requirements and respond to Seller questions promptly.
- Avoid requesting free work or samples outside Klindata.
- Not force cancellations to avoid payment after receiving work.
Sellers agree to:
- Deliver work as described and within the agreed timeline.
- Avoid plagiarism, AI-generated content (without disclosure), or reselling third-party work.
- Maintain professional communication with Buyers.
Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or permanent account ban.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Klindata:
- Using fake profiles or multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.
- Offering or accepting payment outside Klindata.
- Posting or selling illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content.
- Using abusive or discriminatory language in communications.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
Any violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action under Indonesian law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content uploaded to Klindata remains the property of its creator (Seller or Buyer).
By posting or submitting content, you grant Klindata a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content for platform purposes.
Buyers receive usage rights for completed and approved work, as stated in the service description.
Unauthorized resale, reproduction, or distribution of Seller content is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Klindata provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding:
- Service quality or performance of individual Sellers.
- The outcome or success of any digital project.
- Continuous or error-free platform operation.
Klindata’s total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected order, not exceeding Rp10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) per incident.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
Klindata may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
- Engages in fraud, manipulation, or abuse.
- Receives multiple verified complaints.
Terminated users may not re-register without written permission from Klindata.
12. Data Protection
All personal data is processed according to the Klindata Privacy Policy and Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022).
By using Klindata, you consent to our collection and use of data for lawful purposes.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
All disputes are handled first through Klindata’s Dispute & Resolution Policy.
If unresolved, the matter will be governed by Indonesian law, and jurisdiction shall rest with the District Court of South Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
14. Changes to Terms
Klindata reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any major changes will be announced via email or dashboard notification.
Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised version.
